What is the best way to lvl Blacksmithing and Mining to increase gold?

In all my main toons on my servers that the mining would choose for the simple reason that mining is an easy way to make money fast. I have been a BS yet, but my battalion first was a JC. I saw almost everything just mine, but my JC ore not require more. For example, I have my JC almost peaked, but still goes and ore Copper mine if I'm in a zone of low level. As for BS http://www.wow-professions.com/ is a good website that tells you everything you need for your profession and what element is the cheapest for you to do. In most of my servers, players create items do not sell much, but the carpets to sell much. The Gilneas, a stack thorium ore is sold for 30 to 40 gold. I sell my items of clothing for less, as they sell things for 10 gold.
