If someone suddenly made you King of the World, what changes would you make?

Want to make new laws or repeal some of the above? Do you speak in human follies? How to deal with conflicting opinions? Where is personal accountability?

Good question, first, I would like to review the justice system and nursing homes and schools. Suck! There are plenty of laws out there that are for the protection of government, not individuals, MO in the Sunshine Act followed by others that lead to a less perfect Union.
